You can pay registration and uniform fees online

There is a $5.00 credit card convience fee 

Also, it says "DONATE" due to if i change it to FEES, BUY, or PURCHASE, credit card company charges me an additional transaction fee. By switching it to "DONATE" it avoids those extra fees that otherwise would be passed on to consumer. 

Registration fees only cover registration part to be able to participate.

Uniform fees are seperate.
