We believe that our youths will become future leaders and at TMO SPORTS we like to help our players get experience with community service. 

We believe that when young people have a chance to do community service, everyone benefits and we build a stronger community.

Youths participating in sports and doing community service contributes to higher reported levels of acadamics, positive civic behavior and builds their self-esteem.

We also encourage our participants to come up with ideas and at TMO SPORTS we push those ideas to become realities.

Our Peer Mentoring program is implemented for our older players to provide a one and one basketball learning experience for our younger players.

Our Anti-Bullying Campaigned is aimed to educate our youths  Bullying can be prevented, especially when the power of a community is brought together. Community-wide strategies can help identify and support children who are bullied, redirect the behavior of children who bully, and change the attitudes of adults and youth who tolerate bullying behaviors in peer groups, schools, and communities.
